I told a friend of mine I’d make this for her, so I’m posting it here as well. This is good for all kinds of trauma, but I want to talk a little about surgical trauma, even for surgeries that go well. Sometimes part of the brain/body gets stuck in the anesthesia state - it believes it’s dead, or should be dead. This exercise, especially done regularly, can help you come back into yourself.
